Our cruise trip to Cozemel Mexico was awesome! It was my family's first cruise. We were nervous about going but Nicole took so much patience with us that our worries faded away soon as the boat took off sailing. Nicole answered all our questions on a timely manner. She was very responsive and left no questions unclear. She managed to book our party of 21 guests all together on the same floor. She even put us in the middle of the boat so that we could feel comfortable for our first cruise. She mailed all 21 guests our boarding passes, lanyards, wrinkle release , hand sanitizer etc.. (a welcome package) when we got to our rooms we all received a bottle of wine and the birthday girl received chocolate covered strawberries in her room. She arranged transportation to and from. Airport. I could go on...the bottom line is Nicole will definitely be your best trave agent !! We will most definitely be using her services again. She literally handled our trip from beginning to end!!! She does her job well !!!
