I will never go back to this location! The lady complaint about my hair while trying to braid it down for a sew in. I guess my hair was to soft because she sprayed got to be glue on it to grip it. I also paid for 3 bundles to be sewed in that I bought from ture glory ( best hair) and when I took my hair out I did not have all 3 bundles sewed in!! I asked her when it was done, is this all 3 bundles and she said yes! She also didn’t style my hair! She only sewed it in and said she was done! The worst touched by an angel ever! This picture is what was sewed in my hair! Please comment and let me know if this is 3 bundles!
Scheduled an appointment online for 9:00 am (way in advance) and I was told I had to wait for a stylist to come in that can do a traditional sew in (so your telling me you need a certain stylist to do a traditional/basic sew in?). 9:30 came around no stylist, 10:00am came and still no stylist (stylist pulled up around 10:08). I asked if they will be knocking the price down since I’ve been waiting for 1hr + or do something. I was told since I did not pay a deposit online when scheduling my appointment (online) that they will not be able to do anything. Now, I do not want to come across as if I’m just trying to get a discount. However, GOOD customer service goes a long way. In addition to the extreme tardiness, there was another customer who was a WALK IN (no appt) and was seen right away by a stylist for a sew-in weave (arrived same time as me - 3 of us were waiting outside for shop to open). I am extremely disappointed. The tardiness not only disrupted my schedule but also reflected poorly on their professionalism. Overall, the combination of the late arrival and unsatisfactory customer service left me dissatisfied with the salon experience and resulted in me leaving. Thanks RESPONSE: I totally understand you must protect your business. However, your response is untrue and you were given false information from your staff. I arrived at your establishment at 8:45. The stylist who opened the salon did not arrive until 9:05am. Upon my ON TIME arrival there was only one staff member. The 2nd stylist did not arrive until much later and my stylist did not arrive until 10:08am. Your dishonesty confirms this establishement unprofressionalism and lack of customer service. Thank You.
Just go somewhere else. Anywhere else! From the second I walked in, It was bad service. I came in as a walk in to buy bundles but they didn’t have a big selection. I decided to buy a wig and get it installed there. The African lady says before they can start my hair, I have to make the full payment. There were two other ladies in there getting serviced, both of which ending up paying for their service after it was completed! And someone had walked in while I was getting my wig installed and they also didn’t have to pay for the full service upfront. The young lady working on my head is doing her best but that was not good enough. You could clearly still see my wig cap, lace, and the braids were slipping out because they were not secure. If I pull my hair back behind my ear, you’ll see a whole white cap! 0/10 would not recommend. Do your own hair or go somewhere else! It’s definitely not worth it. I was there for like 2.5 hours.
I got two braids, one on each side. The lady suggested I put the back in a bun, so I let her. When I got home, I decided to let my braids hang and I noticed one side was not braided all the way to my neck. I was able to redo the back. I will not be using this business again.
I really enjoyed getting my hair done here . Service was super quick and professional. My hair turned out exactly how I wanted. Will come back again !!
