UPDATED Review 2023: The Kids Teeth team is STILL AMAZING! We have been happily in their care for ten years and are beyond grateful for their friendly, child-centered approach to dentistry and use of cutting-edge technology. All three of our children are able to receive dental care at Kids Teeth and this is important to note as one of our children has complex medical needs and uses a wheelchair that we are able to help her transfer to and from the dental chair. The cleverly themed rooms are wheelchair accessible as well as the entire office. The office staff are organized and provide a smooth transition from check-in to check-out. The staff are beyond amazing about answering my billing questions, are helpful with scheduling and are kind! Thank you for making every aspect of pur dental visit so easy. We are lucky to get care from their amazing team of hygienists. They are ALL fabulous and supportive of one another, stepping in to offer a helping hand when taking x-rays, during a complicated cleaning or to assist in an extraction. We are continually impressed with their expertise, skill and care of our children. We most frequently work with Marilyn and love how she really takes the time to help our children feel at ease during their regular cleanings. We are very grateful for the beautiful care she takes our children's teeth! Thank you to Marilyn and to all the amazing members of the Kids Teeth Team! Dr. Alaouf's thoughtful concerns and observations of our son during his regular cleaning helped us identify a previously-undiagnosed case of severe sleep apnea in our son. We followed up with our pediatrician, consulted with an ENT and had a sleep study. We are now on the path to helping our son through surgery and are grateful for Dr. Alalouf's consistently excellent care, guidance and expertise! Dr. Sherman Weiss has done beautiful and complicated dental work for our anxious, always squirmy and sometimes non-compliant youngest child. Dr. Sherman Weiss' patience, clear and thoughtful communication, dental expertise and positive outlook afford our family excellent dental experiences every visit. Dr. Milo has show patience and kindness to our anxious little one and takes the time to answer her many questions. We are grateful for his positive attitude and expertise as well! We were recommended to go to Kids Teeth LLC to take care of our little boy’s teeth 2019 but just to my surprise recently I experienced how arrogant and rigid they are in dealing with their clients. May be they have enough clients they don’t care a dime losing a few! I will let others know about this for sure! Don’t miss or cancel your any appointment, they are counting it and they will charge you simply for this and remind you of how many times you canceled! If you go to them right in the middle of enrolling your insurance due to job change, you’d better wait until you have card in your hand, or else you have to pay out of your pocket on the spot without any flexible grace time even it’s for sure your insurance will cover it very soon they won’t care a dime for this! There is no flexibility at all from them!
My kids love their dental visits—— to be honest, dental visits for kids can be tough but the staffs and doctors in this office make the experience pleasant and fun.
I brought my very nervous and shy 2.5 year old daughter to Kids Teeth for her first time at the dentist. Wow, what a wonderful experience. The waiting room is really fun, the staff is super sweet and accommodating, Sara our hygienist and Dr. Tan our dentist were super thorough and the prize my daughter got to take home was the icing on the cake! Thanks for making the dentist such a wonderful experience for my daughter!
Dr Sherman Weiss is incredible! My daughter absolutely loves her and trusts her completely. She is truly the tooth whisperer. The staff is exceptional also. They are so friendly and professional.
