Every person I dealt with was friendly and professional. I rented the 15 person party bus. It was clean, great sound system. Has a bathroom! Bryant our driver was wonderful! This will be the only limo service I will use from now on. This should be your first choice too!
We rented a party bus for my daughter since Prom was cancelled due to Covid19. She invited a few friends and they all had the time of their lives. The driver was 45 min early so we were able to get lots of pictures. The driver was very professional and my experience booking was seamless. The 30 passenger bus was more than we expected I highly recommend this company.
I was a groomsmen in a wedding that unfortunately booked Thomas Limousines as there transportation. The day of the wedding they were late picking up the bridal party. They had their pickup time off by an hour. (We had a confirmation email showing the right time) When the groom and father of the bride called their dispatcher, he proceeded to give them attitude even though we were being respectful. The dispatcher and driver then proceeded to lie about their ETA. They finally arrived and transported us to the church. When we left the church the driver refused to leave because we had gone over the anticipated time(even though he was late picking us up). The mother of the bride paid the driver cash because she didn't want the day ruined. We found out later he never reported the money to the company and just pocketed it. Finally on our way to the reception the driver pulled over and refused to drive because their dispatcher claimed they hadn't paid. So 20 minutes after getting married the bride, in her wedding dress, had to argue with this dispatcher that they had indeed paid (she had receipts and confirmations). We sat on the side of the road for 20 minutes while we had to argue with the dispatcher and driver. Finally the dispatcher just agreed to figure it out on Monday. Days after when the bride and groom called to follow up the only compensation they offered was to give them back the overtime money the driver pocketed.
Will definitely recommend in the future. I rented a bus with 20+ people for a bachelor party, the bus was on time with all of the amenities, the driver was dressed professionally and extremely helpful. Priced fairly and extremely accommodating. The entire experience was very easy and went smoothly from start to finish which is exactly what you are looking for.
I recently had the pleasure of hiring Thomas Limos for my girls trip last Sat. All I can say is that it was a great experience. The driver was on time and friendly . She came out to greet us and also made additional stops for us on the way . The party bus was clean and already had ice, cups and water . I felt like my 2 hour drive was like a half hour because the ride was so smooth . I’m definitely recommend them hands down .
