Amazing service. Great response. I called on Monday and they had a slot for me on Tuesday, plus kept texting me updates on arrival times. They send you an email with basic advisories, general stuff. You can pay with a credit card If you need to. Prices are very reasonable and the job was great. I wish I would have taken before pictures because my gutters and siding were HORRIBLE. Green, blackish, dirty, just nasty and now I can actually see the paint color. Amazing job and only took them about an hour and a half.. I highly recommend. Price is reasonable considering how my house looked and how it looks now!! The pics that you see now are the after, the before were green/mold, black and nasty. Great job!!
This company is amazing! They have really decent prices and I am very impressed with their work and 12 month warranty. We had K and Sean and they were awesome! They kept us informed about their arrival, were friendly, and double checked everything with me before they left. Will absolutely hire them again in the future!
Kymahni and Sean were extremely professional. Both were young men who were polite and really seemed to take great pride in their work. They made sure to ask me if I had any questions about the work and to ensure I understood the process. My whole house and deck washing looks amazing. The before and after pics and unbelievable! On my next service I most certainly want these guys to come out again and perform my service!!!! 😊
Communication was top notch. Work was thorough and conscientious. Overall results were fantastic. The 'rinse' is key...I had to "re-rinse" a whole bunch of places with my hose to remove streaks and crystals left from the process. However, my siding is a dark green and it was 100° outside. The guys were great, very respectful of my yard and plants/shrubs. Txtd me ahead of time, showed up on time, and did a wonderful job.
I used Red Door Pro Wash for the past 3-years to wash and clean our home. There service is quick, good quality, and the reps who come to our home at top notch. Yesterday, Jeffrey and Sean arrived on time about 9:00 a.m. I received a 30-minute heads up via text they were on their way. They arrived, completed a tour around the house with me while Jeffrey took pictures of our home and deck. Both gentlemen were extremely polite, professional and completed the job in about 4-hours. In the past before I started using Red Door, a handy man and myself washed our home by hand twice per year. Once I started using Red Door, our home remains sparkling, no mold or mildew issues come back like they used to and we have been extremely happy with their service. We find waiting until about mid-May is the best time to get this service since the pollen is pretty thick until then. Red Pro cleaned our windows and doors, cleaned our gutters, and clean the entire exterior of our home including a fairly large deck. They also clean our concrete slabs and sidewalk with a special machine brush that gets up all of the winter dirt that collects in these areas. Again, we have been extremely pleased and thankful for Red Door and their service. We would highly recommend them to any of our friends and neighbors.
