The worst service I think I have ever experienced, the customer service was atrocious. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Let me first say that the dresses were beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful the FIRST time we were there for my daughters prom dress. We found a beautiful dress but the zipper was messed up, however a staff member offered and agreed to have it fixed in a day, however when I came back for the dress days later, we were told the zipper was fixed but fixed incorrectly AGAIN. A woman named Mona(instead of being empathetic)was very rude and nonchalant about the issue and the fact that we'd have to make another trip up there. She then told us to come back in 5 days and the dress would be ready, we called ahead of time to be sure that the dress was ready, but we got the run around and the the person even stopped answering the phone, it started to conveniently go to voice-mail. We finally received a text saying the dress was ready on Friday and when my daughter tried on the dress AGAIN the the zipper was still not properly fixed and it was crooked and bulging and again this Mona person was nonchalant, argued with me and was unapologetic. She even gave me an ultimatum, leave the dress or only get 5% off as if we were the problem. I had no choice but to buy the dress ill fitting at the zipper because it was so close to my daughter's prom date. I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy. I'm disgusted.
I brought my niece here to find a dress for her senior prom and definitely got a super dope experience. The store itself is small enough to feel personable but the big enough to give us more than enough options! My niece tried on secret dress the store had in her size just because she didn’t want to leave 😂. The owner was SUPER helpful without being overbearing and we appreciated that soo much! We left the store to visit our last store option and NEEDLESS to say , we went back and bought the dress she fell in love with!
The owner was very friendly,had a wealth of knowledge about her dresses, style and makeup. Also, she was very patient with us as my daughter couldn’t decide which dress to choose from. I would definitely recommend going to this dress shop. You will not be disappointed!! Thanks for the wonderful experience. I will be back soon for my other daughter!!
Amazing customer service , Enjoy every moment of Moona pleasant caring person from moment she start helping my daughter i knew my baby was in great hands she did not push sale on me , she took her time to find the perfect dress for my daughter, I really had a great experience she kept us inform weekly of our order and i have refer many teens to this place for prom and 1 go they found there dress. Thank you so much for making my baby prom come to light i definitely will be sending more ppl your way . Prices are great Quality and no pressure !!! Thanks for the wonderful experience. Great place to purchase your daughter’s dream dress. I love this store. The owner is very, very interactive with her customers. Plus of it all the prices are reasonable.
