I have stayed at several Marriott brand hotels and this is the worst of all. The outward appearance is elegant but deceptive. The inside of the hotel is dingy, the wall coatings are peeling, the carpets are smelly and the general ambience of the hotel is so unwelcoming. The beddings on our king bed was torn and so were the sofa covers. The most awful thing though was the sofa bed. It was dirty and had blood stains. When told about it. they did not have a replacement sofa. The next morning, the manager explained there is a new ownership and they are working to improve things. In conclusion, while I am willing to give the new ownership the benefit of the doubt, I must emphasize that my experience at this particular Marriott hotel was far from satisfactory. I hope that they swiftly undertake the necessary renovations and improvements to restore the hotel to its former standard of excellence. Until then, I would caution potential guests to consider alternative options for their accommodations.

Very disappointed, room was hot and smelled musty and dirty. Let the frontdesk know they brought a humidifier to the room. It really did not help. The bed had mildew on sheets and comforter. They did come and changed the bed. I was offered a smaller room that would not accommodate my party. It felt cleaner but not enough bed space. Overall, I was disappointed with room quality. The staff was very kind and friendly.

Hotel is a 3 at best, shower had mildew in the corner. Carpet was very worn, they do not change your bedding everyday you have to request the change. Location is super busy but not dangerous and very easy access to the highway. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is decent. One or two nights won't hurt. You don't want to stay longer than that.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. Although I do think that the property could benefit from some upgrades, the exceptional service from the staff more than made up for it. Without exception, every member of the staff I encountered was polite and accommodating. I would like to give a special shout-out to Stephanie, who was particularly helpful during breakfast. I have dietary restrictions that prevent me from eating pork, but Stephanie always made sure that I had an alternative breakfast option. Thank you, Stephanie! Your thoughtfulness and excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable.

This place is gross. Really a shame to be part of the Marriott brand. The room was a disgrace, leaky sink that dripped all night. Carpet tiles torn in several places. Scratches on walls. Rusted fixtures in bathroom. Smelled musty, stained mattresses and cushions on sofa. No bedding for pullout in the room, no spare TP roll. Was truly vile. Brought it up with the night front desk property who shrugged and said it was an old property. Stay elsewhere.
