Hands down the best dentist experience I have ever had! 10/10 highly recommend! The most friendly staff ever with a clean luxurious office! They pay attention to detail and the needs of the patient! I am normally very nervous to go to the dentist but I was put at ease by the staff just by their kind interactions! If you want a dentist who pays attention to detail, look no further. Everyone here has always been very kind, and the cleanings are always quick. I didn't have insurance during my most recent visit, but they have a membership program you can enroll in that includes 2 comprehensive cleanings, complete with X-Rays and examinations, for only $400, which seemed ideal to me since my last dental insurance through work wasn't so great. Thank you to the staff for another quick, clean, and pleasant visit.
My son cried all night because of a toothache. I reached out to Dr. Andrews first thing this morning and she got us in ASAP! Her staff professionally greeted us and immediately made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Dr. Andrews and her staff took their time with my son and explained in detail to me what was going on. On top of the great service we received, the ambience was beautiful & smelled amazing, unlike most dental offices. THANK YOU Dr. Andrews and Serene Dental Solutions! My baby boy is feeling better already!!!!
I just joined the Serene Dental patient family. today I had my first visit and I’m extremely happy with my choice. I didn’t grow up going to the dentist so I typically get really anxious and overwhelmed at my visits. The entire staff was amazing. Dr. Andrews & her phenomenal sidekick Tonya were patient, polite, honest, and so nice. I left, not with questions and worries but with answers, reassurance, a plan, and partners that will keep me accountable. I’m happy I’ve found a place I can call home for this journey.
The atmosphere is very modern and clean, the equipment is super futuristic lol and the dentist was very knowledgeable and explained everything in depth which I appreciated. The receptionists were very patient and kind, it’s also black owned which is a plus for me! I recommend Serene Dental to everyone
