I've been having my locs interlocked by Regal Roots for some time now and I have seen them going from strength to strength. The salon in Beulah Hill is beautifully decorated, a pleasure to be in and it's easy to park close by, which is always a big bonus for me. They are so professional, I know that when I go there I'm going to be seen promptly and my hair is going to be perfect...every time! Before I started going to Regal Roots, my biggest gripe with going to my local hairdressers was the total disregard for my time; hairdressers turning up late, starting my hair and then going off to finish someone else's, or me just sitting there waiting for my hairdresser to start my hair with no update on how long they're going to be and very rarely any apology for being late. Grrr! All that has changed now. Regal Roots strives to break the mould. There is a late policy in place to ensure that clients arrive on time so as not to have a knock on effect for other clients. They are professional, courteous, prompt and very knowledgeable about hair and the health of scalp and hair. All this packaged with competitive prices makes it worth the hour's drive I make to go there. :)
Best experience I’ve had, a Saturday afternoon, it was busy but not crowded. Open and welcoming, beauty at the centre of the Regal Roots service. They had me from the offer of a beverage, but wait, they have massage chairs, whilst you get your hair washed and your scalp treated (somebody catch me). Engaging conversations and a good laugh. I’ll be back in three weeks.
A very elegant, stylish and comfortable salon. As a new client I was feeling very anxious but Dior and all other staff members made me feel at ease. Exceptional service and I also enjoyed their playlist 👍🏿 I would highly recommend.
Amazing stylist. Extremely knowledgeable. And WOW! What a salon: modern, stylish, super comfortable and the staff are so professional and talented. I could've just chilled there for hours on end in their massage chairs while being pampered with drinks from the bar: from alcohol cocktails to freshly ground Blue Mountain coffee (the best in the world).
Started my micro lock journey here. Deon is amazingly talented, welcoming & professional. My hair looks amazing & it’s got me feeling myself a little too much. The salon is beautiful & the vibes are good. Vicki from Vicksenstyles always leaves her clients looking fly also!
