Angela at the front desk has been such a sweetheart, the warm and caring tone in her voice made me feel right at home. She didn't hesitate to answer all my questions and I got the answers that I needed. The atmosphere is amazing and so is the staff
I was a new patient with Polish Dental and upon arrival, the parking situation was a little tricky. When I walked into the office, I was immediately greeted with a warm smile by Angela. She asked if I had parked in a reserved space and walked with me to my car to ensure I didn’t park in an unauthorized space. First impressions are so important and Angela made me feel very welcomed as a new patient.
Dr. McDowell was very friendly and super knowledgeable. Her dental hygienist Keisha was also very friendly and super helpful. Had a great experience with the Dr and staff. I highly recommend this doctor office for dental needs. Clean and cute office. I had a really nice experience during my visit.
Kind, attentive, and understanding. Angela greeted me as I walked in and I immediately knew I had nothing to be nervous about. See, I was nervous to go to a new dentist after a lapse of insurance last year, but every single person introduced themselves to me and asked how they could help me. Keisha did my X-rays in record time and I was set up for a follow up appointment gently by the Boss Lady up front. It wasn’t bad news, but it wasn’t great news, but I was given a treatment plan that’s clear and concise. Grateful for everyone there!
Everything was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere was the best, the assistants down to the front desk to the ladies in the back are awesome! They were knowledgeable, helpful and informing! They also had amazing teeth and smiles, so what better place to get your teeth treated??? I mean the proof is in the smile that this is the dentist to be at💞 The Manager Shaketa is extraordinary I can tell the staff works very well together and that begins with an excellent leader!
