Absolutely love this place! Dr.Tiff is very kind! I am in foster care and I only have Medicaid. Medicaid for dental work isn’t the best whatsoever, but Dr.Tif offers Probo Work for former foster care kids free of charge! And she and her team are great at what they do! I love Dr.Tiff! Also a huge shoutout to the dental assistant Mari and the front office rep Elizabeth!
My first time here was good. Everyone was very nice. The second and third time.... not so good. The dentist was SO AGGRESSIVE for no reason. And when I complained of pain she seemed agitated and like she couldn't be bothered. They also will try to recommend unnecessary things and charge a ton for it. Watch out for that.... Never going back. But I will say I like the staff their. They're very nice. They just need a new dentist.
This is one of the best dentists I've been to. The staff is so friendly and make you feel so comfortable, welcoming and relaxed. Dr. Tiffany was so nice and professional, and I really appreciate that she knows what she is doing. I was in so much pain and decided to get a root canal and Dr. Tiffany, her staff and the front desk made the process very easy. I don't enjoy going to the dentist, but this place made me feel at ease. If I need any more work done, I definitely would be making another appointment.
Those who are new and native to Atlanta and its surrounding area, Polish Dental Center Marietta is where you should book your next dental service! I am a stickler for quality and service and Polish exceeds the bar. The front desk staff is so pleasant and welcoming, and the dentist on staff is so professional. If you needed further confirmation of making your appointment, let this be it.
Unfortunately, I too was excited to support a dental office full of black women, but now I feel that I have been scammed. I was quoted several additional services and it was made to seem that what I ended up getting was required. The dentist that I requested was not the dentist that I saw. The hygienist was very sweet. I also saw the owner, Dr. Jamison-Rand and although pleasant on the surface, she really just says what she has to in order to get the most money. My insurance bill says something completely different from what I was told I received. The receptionist even tried to charge me twice for flouride. I was billed for a date that I was never there and a service that I did not receive. Lakiesha is the person hired to put out these billing fires. She did reach out to me quickly the first time. She said she was driving and would call me back. I sent another email and she called me again saying she would call me the following Monday, but never did. STEER CLEAR of this money hungry dentist!!!
