I went to Polish dental( Alpharetta location) for the first time today. The front office staff were nice and efficient with getting me to complete my new patient paperwork. They spoke thoroughly about what my insurance covered and made sure I was aware of the $25 fee for X-rays that my insurance did not cover. Nic was the dental hygienist that took my x-rays. She was very pleasant and walked me through each step of the process as she took my X-rays. The doctor who examined me was friendly and efficient and the second dental hygienist did a gum check and made recommendations on the specific cleaning I would need. I appreciate her talking me through what she noticed as she was doing her examination. All and all, the whole staff were lovely and I would certainly recommend Polish dental for anyone who is looking for a trustworthy dentist in the Alpharetta area!
Great experience getting my teeth whitening done. I was a little nervous at first , but Tee was very patient with me and explained the process and made me feel more comfortable. Great experience! The staff was so nice and welcoming. Lilburn is my home office but Alpharetta y’all did a great job 😊
This was the best dental experience I have ever experienced while in so much pain. The front desk was so pleasant, professional, and patient. Mrs.T was the best, and made me forget I was in pain. Asia and Shennet made me feel extremely comfortable. The dentist was so efficient and explained what I needed in terms I could understand. I will highly recommend Polish Dental. I will be bringing my family.
This group is amazing. Front office staff was so helpful and polite. The back office staff was so professional and knowledgeable. Nic helped me the entire time. She was polite, kind, gentle and so caring. I would definitely recommend this dental group!!!!!!
Excellent practice. Everyone is so friendly and makes sure you are comfortable before doing any work. Everything is thoroughly explained before any work is completed. Nick was fantastic!
