Recently visited Polish Dental & Kimberlin went above & beyond what was necessary to get me in to be seen. I really appreciated that. Can’t forget about Mrs. Tiaira, she made sure I was comfortable & understood everything I have going on. Keep Up the good work ‼️
Great Dental Office. My family has been going here for a few years now. Great customer service and Clean Friendly office and staff. We have service with Dr Meh and Dr Patel. Assistants Grace and Tee. Hygienist Collette and finally Front Desk Daphyne and Kim. This is a perfect staff they all take care of you and make sure you understand everything. A pleasure 😇
My overall experience today was great. The young lady that called me the day before to confirm my appointment and follow up with me was very helpful over the phone (I didn’t get her name). When I came into my appointment today the front desk assistant Kimberlin was so friendly and welcoming. My dental hygienist was also very friendly and he gentle. I must say this new staff is a complete turn around from the previous staff.
Today I took my teenage son for an examination to Polish Dental Center. It was our first visit to this office. Many times people can find themselves a little anxious, as was the case for us, when visiting a dentist especially for the first time. Although the entire experience was pleasant because staff was very professional and warm, Tiara particularly stood out because our interaction with her was exceptional. As we entered the office she instantly knew who we were through remembering the details of our prior phone conversation. Her bedside manner was very sincere and effective with putting my son and I at ease early into our visit. Because of her I knew we were in the right place. Also Dr. Patel followed through with delicate care and recommendations equally put our minds at ease. A big Thanks to PDC. I highly recommend PDC for your dental needs.
This place is great! They treat you like a person and not just a patient or a paycheck. Tiaira, the office manager, took her time and worked with us to make sure my child get the care she needed. All the other consultations I went too was not willing to save her teeth but rather just pull it and give her dentures. No teens should wear dentures if there’s a way to save their teeth! Thank you Polish dental and tiaira for your help! Absolutely love it here and even though I live over an hour and a half away, it’s worth the drive every time.
