This is the most beautiful dental experience I have had in my life. From the receptionists to the dental assistants to the dentist. I wanted to listen to music on my phone during my 2 hour procedures and realized I left my iPods at home. Keisha, the dental assistant found some headphones then went to her car to get her iPhone adjuster. Five stars are not enough to rate the professionalism, bed side manners and the overall experience.absolutely superb!
Dr. Marsh and his staff are warm, welcoming, and excellent at what they do. The level of professionalism is unmatched. The office and equipment is clean and their protocol for maintenance is of high importance. All of my questions concerning my treatment plans were fully addressed and answered. Everyone explained things thoroughly and brought understanding to the process and how I should proceed, as well as future options. My teeth couldn’t be in better hands.
Dr. Vincent Marsh has provided me with consistent, excellent dental care. His staff is efficient, extremely competent, and very helpful with scheduling and insurance issues. I wholeheartedly recommend Piedmont Smiles for anyone’s dental care. - Here’s a follow-up to my post from a few years ago : I’ve continued to be a regular Piedmont Smiles patient. Dr. Marsh's office is wonderful. I love going in for his services. The staff is friendly and very professional. Lacy (the dental hygienist...aka the cleaning lady) is so gentle and has a wonderful sense of humor. I would recommend them to anyone, especially if you don't like going to the dentist. They will put your mind and fears at ease. :)
