LaCresa was the agent that booked our vacation. This agent was very knowledgeable about everything from the starting to finish. She get to know the person and understand their needs. Give ideas for great places to visit. Knows the perfect time to travel to certain destinations and ideas that’ll make the vacation experience memorable. Personal Touch Tours did an excellent job of booking a trip for me for a party of eight to Montego bay Jamaica, we stayed at secret Saint James ii was a great experience we all Cannot wait to go back they even connected us with the driver who took us everywhere we wanted to go
OMG we are here now and we are so in love with the Cancun vacation Lacresa booked for us we just had to tell everyone what a wonderful vacation we are having and its our 1st day....everything went smoothly so far love the room and the view thank you thank you thank you
When you book a travel agent you expect everything to be seamless and taken care of. This was one of the worst travel experiences ever. We traveled to Mexico for a bachelorette weekend. From the beginning to the end of our trip there was an issue that could have been prevented. One of the individuals in the group was booked at the wrong hotel which happened to be an hour away. Our excursion that we paid up front for was canceled, because the travel agent provided the wrong pickup address. To top it all off. Transportation to the airport for departure was only booked for one individual in our group. The rest of us were told that we could leave THE NEXT DAY. Unfortunately, we called and emailed but were not able to get in touch with the travel agent to resolve these issues. LUCKILY our hotel staff in Mexico was very accommodating and did the best they could. Hopefully someone else can have a better experience.
PTT has been my go-to Travel Agency for over 20 years. They are always reliable, professional & knowledgeable. If you are looking for Great customer service and honesty, you should give them a call. Me & Mama just got back from Jamaica 🇯🇲 and we had a blast! (Always do!) We've experienced traveling by plane and cruise ships (Passport needed) to include family trips, couples trips, casino bus trips and our church bus trips to the Holy Land in Orlando. I always reach out to PTT for my travel needs and thats why they get a 5 Star rating from me. Keep Up The Good Work PTT!
