This is the best pedicure I've experienced in my life. Miss Lynn is gentle and put all her effort for a thorough and perfect 10. The vibe is so chill and no frills or fakeness. The music is great and the personality of everyone working makes you feel like family.
This place is so gross! They will go from doing pedicures straight to touching your face and when I told her to stop and wash her hands she got an attitude and was silent for the rest of the time! Then I got a manicure (which she overcharged for just clear polish) and she used the same towel from the last client but the worst part is she acted like she was changing it but instead just shook the clipped nails and dirt off. The ironic part is that they all wear masks but their practice is so dirty. Please save your money and find another salon that actually cares about your hygiene!
0/5. I’ve been to millions of salon and this is top 3 worst customer service. The lady painted my nails then messed up so she buffed it out. It ended up leaving a streak in the polish from buffing it. I asked her if she could repaint the scuff and her reply was there’s nothing there I know what I’m doing. Yet clearly it was a noticeable spot that didn’t have polish on it. She refused to fix it and ordered me to put my hand in the dryer instead. Some advice to this business- when a paying customer asks for a service done a certain way and something to be fixed, you fix it. Lost me and my mom as a customer today. Won’t be back and I don’t recommend this place to anyone looking for clean professional nails or a friendly experience.
I hate to leave a bad review as my previous times here were decent experiences. But this time I’m very disappointed and upset. My friend and I came in today 10/9 for two gel nail polish manicures. We had to correct our nail technicians right away after they tried starting us with nail dip after we picked out polish colors. My manicure was done incredibly poorly. The main color is splotchy, uneven, and completely missing in some spots. I told the gentleman twice that it needed another coat, then he’d go to correct it and wipe away more color. Then my gold tips are really uneven, thick and too large. The shape of my nails was messed up. It looks so poorly done and I’m very upset with it. I came in later in the day to reschedule for them to get fixed and make a complaint. Though because they were very busy I wasn’t able to really let the manager know about my bad experience. We rescheduled for Wednesday to have them redone. I feel bad for not tipping but the quality didn’t deserve a tip. Not only that but my nail technician was sweating profusely and shaking a considerable amount. I was worried something was wrong with him. I hope he wasn’t sick. He cut my fingers a couple times pretty deep, one became a painful hang nail/split skin, and didn’t wear gloves while providing service. Which I understand may be an inconvenience but his nails were dirty. The shop was also unclean. There was nail dust everywhere which of course is typical of nail salons but with covid you’d assume they’d clean up a bit extra to comply with the health standards. Their selection of gel colors was very small as well.
Kenny always slays my nails! I do recommend making an appointment. But ladies, he’s gets the shape and the style right! Every time. 10/10 book with him!
