I was greeted upon walking in the door by the very friendly staff. The man stocking items on the shelf was very attentive to mine and other customers needs as well as finding, recommending, and explaining products and their sources. I found EVERYTHING I needed which is amazing because I planned on stopping by target afterwards to look for the rest of what I needed. Overall it was a lovely experience, all the inventory looked clean and presentable and the store is black owned! I will definitely make this my new go to store for all my beauty supply needs!
My mom and I have been in this store at least 5-6 times since this location is close to where we live and we’ve had a bad experience every single time. Very unprofessional, unhelpful and UNFRIENDLY staff. Prices are ridiculously high/ rip offs. Messy and overcrowded with items that are not necessary in a beauty supply store (literal fire hazard). The products they do carry are not that good or very limited. Always watching and following black customers. These reasons are why it’s hard to support black owed businesses sometimes. I highly recommend any potential customers find another store OR order products from an online website. Learned our lesson here. Also no need to respond to my comment my family and I won’t be back.
The staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. They went out of the way to find the right thing for my needs. They have a good variety of products. I will come again.
Black Owned Business!!! The guy was very helpful, he assisted me with what I was looking for. The cashier was also polite and had a smile on her face. I would definitely shop here again.
I’ve been coming here for 2 years and I’m so happy I found them. They have awesome customer service & prices and always have the products I need. They’re helpful to me every time I go and I always feel welcomed. The best in town.
