The Pastryplugg over charged our 501c charity by $386. They delivered on the cakes we ordered in June, then had recurring charges setup for several months. They said they would correct but never did. We kept emailing and inquired about hen we would be reimbursed. They quit answering us. Our CHARITY was falsely charged over $300. They refuse to answer email inquiries or phone calls. Do NOT do business with a business that knowingly takes money from charities.
***BEWARE*** PastryPlugg is a THIEF. They charge your card for your first order, then gradually charge your card in increasing amounts until you realize. They tried to steal over $1,000 from my debit card before I discovered and reported them.
BIG SCAMMER. My wife bought from him once and he started charging our card MONTHLY. Typical ATL scammer. STAY AWAY.
I bought products months ago and I keep being charged for products I have not purchased. I was charged twice in July once in August. And again November 2nd.
The cake was terrible and when my wife went to go get the cake it was in some apartments so apparently they don't have a bakery. We spent $237 dollars on a cake that wasn't done. When I seen the cake I didn't even wanna taste it........I recommend you don't wast your money or your time...
