My experience here was great! Did my edges grow back? Yes, a little, but they do not specialize in genetics and irreversible damage due to styling and such. I will say my scalp feels a lot better and I do see some trouble areas did grow. I was most pleased with Nina’s interest in my scalp and overall health that may be impacting my scalp. I was very impressed with her wealth of knowledge, experience and her drive to continue her education in this field. Nina and staff are very pleasant and the customer service is excellent! I will return for services soon! My scalp misses them!

Update... 5 stars to start...I just started treatment. Just went to one session. I am very optimistic but did not know what to ask for. There seems to be a process they assume everyone picks up on. But I am not sure of the financing. I thought treatment was weekly and I made the mistake of signing up without knowing the details of what will be done during treatment days. I was sold on Dr. Nina expressing to go beyond scalp care with blood work because each patient is different but I have not received anything about bloodwork. I think it is triggered by signing up with Healthie but the consists of agreeing to them having ownership of your image and using it as they wish. I am not ok with that. After paying thousands of dollars I should keep control of my image. If I am happy with the outcome I should have say on my image or using it for promotional reasons. Currently I am waiting for a response on this. I will update as I go along.
I am seeing results…slowly but surely! Nina Ross’s process works for me, and I believe it’s because I stick to her very customized plan with discipline. If you follow her program and commit addressing the root causes of your hair loss (through intake of her daily dietary supplements, scalp treatment, and dietary changes) you could have the same experience! All of these things, in conjunction with the growth factor she’s micro-needling into my scalp every 3 weeks, are growing back hair that’s been severely thinning for years. With patience, I feel very optimistic about getting back my full head of pretty hair (most of it anyway). Nina and her staff are so pleasant, respectful, professional and accommodating—all to ensure you have the best, most comfortable experience possible. I highly recommend Nina Ross Hair Therapy.
My visit today with Dr. Nina Ross was an amazing experience! She is super knowledgeable in the area of functional medicine. She took the time to explain her findings in detail and focused on root causes of the issues I am facing. My alternative medicine journey received a boost today! Very grateful to have found Dr. Ross 🙏🏽
