What a wonderful experience! Shelley and her very knowledgeable, helpful, and gracious crew hit it out of the park with appetizers and full buffet dinner for 115 guests. Everything was delicious and artfully presented. Service was excellent. Bartender Nate is a real pro. Prior to the event, Shelley and project manager Troy visited the venue and advised on a site plan that accommodated seating all guests comfortably, multiple serving tables, bar areas, dance floor, figuring traffic flow, etc. (Heads up: if you’ve not done this before it’s surprisingly complex and must be thought through well in advance of your event.) She organized all the rentals (from AJ Rents, another class act) – tables, chairs, umbrellas, plates, flatware, linens, etc – and did all the post-party clean up prior to return. Shelley’s many years of catering experience, calm demeanor, and overall responsiveness gave me the confidence that this event would be highly successful, which it was. It all ran like clock-work. Guests raved about the food. The team is great fun and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Shelley Anderson’s Creative Catering and look forward to working with them again.
I just had my 40th Birthday celebration at Shelley's Banquet Room, and let me tell you, it was the best party I have had in years!! (And I own a Party Store) Everything from the food to the service was top notch! We were extremely well taken care of, and could not have been happier. All my friends and family exclaimed about the food!! Shelley helped us create a menu that was fun and inviting. Troy, Nate, & Matt took care of every need we had. They were so accommodating, and thoughtful, it made decorating and set up a breeze. I highly recommend Shelley's Creative Catering to anyone! You will be so happy you chose them, We sure are!!
The venue is nice, the owner was very helpful and filled with suggestions for the Celebration of Life. She was also very accommodating when the night before the event she had to adjust the amount of food to serve 90 guests instead of 50. Lots of last minute RSVP. I highly recommend Creative Catering for events of 100 guests or less.
