I had the absolute best experience with Sandra @ New Smiles of Decatur!! She made me feel absolutely comfortable and she educated me on my exam. So prior to my cleaning I received a peppermint rinse which is an awesome thing to do especially if you have eaten and after she gave me a lavender tongue scrap. Totally refreshing 💯
I have been a patient at New Smiles of Decatur since 2019. I have seen staff come and go, but one thing for sure is, no matter who is there they are always professional, kind and considerate. I was given my treatment plan and they explained everything to me-thoroughly! So, I had some recent work done and I had terrible anxiety. I expressed it to them before my appointment and when I got to the office. I felt heard and understood and they made me feel at ease. Thank you for providing a warm reception area, great dental care, and customer service. Those qualities are hard to find these days. You can't beat nice staff and good work!
I really like New Smiles of Decatur! My first time visiting, I received a very warm home like welcome and every visit after that has been the same! The atmosphere is very clean, professional and easy going. Glad to be receive soothing service here every time I come in for an appointment and Qua makes sure of that. 😊
New Smiles of Decatur has taken good care of my dental needs since the first day i stepped foot into their office. I’ve had several procedures done by them and haven’t had any problems. The customer service is great. Also they do a very good job of reminding people about their appointments because a person like me forgets from time to time. Thank you guys for catering to all my dental needs!
The staff is very nice and helpful. My client was over a hr late due to her transportation but they were nice enough to still give her the service she needed. Dre was very good at explaining her aftercare and accompanying us back to the waiting room.
