I love these twist so much but I have to admit my experience was very unpleasant. I would not recommend going to their tour sites unless you are absolutely positive they have somewhere to actually do your hair. I drove 3 hours for a 12pm appointment, she stated that she had to move locations and the next room was not ready…I get that so I waited. 2 HOURS LATER still nothing. I ended up canceling and she did try to make it right and get me to stay but I had to get back on the road by a certain time. I just wish it was a lot more organized. I literally wasted a whole day and didn’t even get offered my security deposit back. I’m so disappointed but the work they display is nice, unfortunately I just didn’t get it done.
Long time customer here. I've been a client since the first hair lounge was opened many years ago. I had an appointment today at 10am which I scheduled a few weeks ago. Two days ago I received instructions via email to send my hair color via text, which I did. The email also had the location, which I have gone to before. I show up this morning and there was no braider there. Three very pleasant young men were working at the location and stated that their boss had not told them the salon suite was rented for today. Their boss (mom) tried to call the owner of Natastic hair lounge and I called her multiple times as well. I also sent text messages and an Instagram message. Of course, there was no response on either end. After waiting 30 minutes I decided to leave. It is now 3 hours later and I still have not received a response. All of that to say, I would be very weary about paying a deposit in any city for service as it kind of seems like they are just collecting deposits and not showing up for appointments with minimal to no communication. I am now wondering if they plan on giving the deposit back at all since they didn't show up. I shouldn't have to ask for it back but I have a strong feeling that I will need to dispute the charge as fraudulent. I really hate this because I have frequented this business numerous times over the years and the service initially was very good. The braider a we're always on time and they cared about the health of the hair. Now it just seems like a money grab. No call no show. Very disappointed.
Was a little disappointed at first of time change requests but once I arrived the atmosphere (energy) of braided was on point. She was knowledgeable on natural hair care, quick and neat with braids (no hair pulling or tight braids). I will definitely be returning as I learn more about my natural hair and taking care of it on my own. Plus it’s three beautiful African Queens doing their own thing!!!
I truly love Natastic hair lounge ! Simply amazing! My go to style is the average Natastic twist. The style is easy to maintain, light weight and it lasts for months! Not to mention it’s easy on the edges! I love the ladies at Natastic!! ❤️❤️
I’ve been coming to Natastic Hair Salon since 2017, early in the business. From the very beginning the service was impeccable! The owner, Fatima, greeted me with such warmth and a genuine desire to give me top notch service. I’ve ALWAYS been so very pleased with the outcome of my hair. I’ve had the Natastic twists and box braids. Fatima and her staff are fast, efficient, painLESS and care about not just the health of your hair but also your overall experience while being serviced. I’ve recently moved out of Atlanta for my job and fly in to get my hair done. The Natastic experience is worth EVERY dime. I’ve never been disappointed. And not to mention the growth gift these ladies have! Each time I’ve taken out my styles my hair is strong and healthy. Proud to be a Natastic client!!
