My wife is to kind to write this review... To the lady who cut her cuticles on her nails to the point of bleeding you should be fired. You should never have to GLUE a clients finger back together.... extremally disappointed. I would never recommend this place! Your are a service business... not only did her nail tech have attitude with her but it also took 2 hours and 25 minutes!! Typical time for a nail and toe appointment is 1 hour, steps were missed in the process that should be obvious, and overall I am not happy she was treated so poorly. We booked this appointment on Class Pass and I greatly wish we never did... Not happy.
I came to this location and im not happy about my nails not all. My pedicure service was good however I’ll never come here to get my nails done ever again . It shouldn’t have taken the nail stylist 4 hrs to do my nails . And a top of that I was given a different price over the phone . I was told $56 I can pay in the salon when I was finished my total came up to $98 and my nails look horrible. I’ve only had my nails on for a week and they’re already breaking off . Im dissatisfied with the work on my hands especially since I was trying this salon out with thru class pass . These are supposed to be French tips nails and everything is uneven .
Love this place! I'm very picky about the place I go to get my nails done. But this place has become my fave go to spot in Atlanta. They are professional, the energy is good and my nails come out looking great. I absolutely love Annie - who is the sweetest ever.
This is my 2nd time here. The first was for a ladies day out. This time I got the premium mani/pedi package for my birthday pamper me day and I was given the royal treatment. The ladies were gentle, good and attentive. The vibe is very relaxing and comfortable. I will definitely be back and recommend.
I have been searching for an amazing pedicure for a long time. I’ve tried multiple different places only to be disappointed. I will say I am very picky, however I’m friendly and tip well. I just happen to stop by and give this establishment a chance. I couldn’t be happier!!! I experienced phenomenal service, my nail tech was extremely friendly and actually LISTENED to how I would like my pedicure. Her attention to detail and obvious willingness to make sure I was happy combined with such a great ambience on top of everything else is why I will definitely be back!
