Dr Bonnie is the “Best” not only is she professional and accurate on your dental need’s she is honest and treats you as a friend or family. Her staff Jennie and Linda welcome you with joyful smiles, Dental assistant Patti is always happy to so see you and very comforting. Dental hygienist Jessie and Brittney are great cleaning and caring for your teeth. Best Dentist I’ve ever had!
Dr. Bonnie and her staff are so warm and welcoming, you feel like you are visiting friends instead of a dentist's office. Every member of the staff makes a point of saying hi during your visit. Dr. Bonnie is an amazing dentist and I have full confidence in her ability for whatever I need. And I have needed major dental work! The Endodontist and Periodontist she referred me to were also wonderful and only had great things to say about Dr. Bonnie. My brother and his family go to her too and are very happy. A big thank you to Dr. Bonnie and her staff for making the dentist experience a positive one. I highly recommend them!
I’ve been seeing Dr Mitchell and her team for about 15 years now. I CANNOT emphasize how truly amazing they are! I drive over an hour from Virginia to continue seeing them—that’s how good they are! The office is super clean and welcoming, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and the care is fantastic. Jessie, one of the dental hygienists, is beyond great. Dr Bonny is amazing at her job and has really curated a dentist experience that is straight up enjoyable, not just tolerable. The staff remember my family members and where they live and what they do, ask how work is going, and generally just go the extra mile to make it a pleasant experience. Everyone is very gentle and they explain what they are doing and why, with no judgment. The office team, Linda and Jenny, are extremely helpful. I called in when I switched insurance to a plan that didn’t carry dental, and they stayed on the phone with me for about 15 minutes explain dental savings plans, PPO’s, premiums, the whole thing! As someone who just turned 26, this kind of extra care really meant a lot to me. If this doesn’t sway you, they also give out little custom chapsticks with SPF 15 :)
