We booked a 10 passenger stretch limo with them Friday evening 9/8/23 for 3hrs. Pros: On time. Pleasant driver. Cons: Radio was broken. No inside lights. The vehicle needed service badly, the ride was not smooth, braking felt and sounded like we were going to fall apart, was very loud and bumpy. Very cheap experience
Can’t say enough great things about Mint Life Limo. I booked a limo for my daughter’s senior prom and was amazed at the things they had in place to ensure the kids’ safety. They went above and beyond to decorate the limo with the school colors which was a nice surprise for my daughter, without us having to ask. The chauffeur was fun and permitted the kids to live it up on prom night. They actually mentioned a few times how the chauffeur was funny and did not feel like a chaperone even though he was monitoring everything they were doing in the vehicle.
I am a corporate travel coordinator for the SE region at my company. I book for 12 execs. Mint is the easiest company to work with. Booking is so simple. Mostly I email them but when they saw I was booking transportation almost every day, they walked me through the online booking process and I have booked online ever since. I get confirmations, Keesha is amazing and Louie modified their standard billing practices to suit my company needs. When I found that they could book transportation anywhere in the world, it made my job so much easier I use them for travel in Atlanta and several other cities nationwide and they are always excellent. Even my most challenging executives complement the service often. I even get the same notifications when the execs travel to places outside Georgia. They are always happy when Mint is on the job which makes my life so much easier.
Exceptional service! Hired them somewhat last minute to transport my husband and I from ATL airport to our cabin in Blue Ridge during the Christmas holiday season. The driver arrived to greet us at the airport with a personalized sign and directed us to the pristine SUV that was stocked with water bottles. In addition, we felt safe from COVID with the plexiglass dividers separating us from the driver. He drove us all the way to Blue Ridge in the darkness of evening and up the winding and icy mountains to our cabin. All for a very reasonable price. So grateful that we went with Mint Life instead of Uber. Will be happy to book with them again whenever we return to the area.
As a wedding planner, we hired Mint Life Limousine to cover the transportation needs of one of our recent couples. They were a pleasure to work with leading up to the wedding and throughout the wedding day. We would absolutely work with them again!
