We called late on a Thursday night after a flight cancellation left my husband stranded at O’Hare. Mason was professional, kind and stayed alert as he drove from Chicago to Columbia, Missouri, delivering my husband safely at 3:00 am. They came through with flying colors and exceeded expectations when we really needed help! We would highly recommend them.
Exceptional device, highly recommend! We used the online reservations which were super easy to use, received a calendar event and a detailed email right away. The driver texted us once at the airport and again after they picked up our customer & dropped off at his hotel. Fantastic service and communications!
We want to express gratitude to the O’Hare Midway Limo Service Team. We requested to have two beautiful white limousines on our special wedding day, and they delivered. The drivers arrived on time at both pickup locations and, during the service, waited for us, and set up flower decorations outside the limo at the church for the pictures. They provided snacks, soda, glasses, and clean-up services, and we could control the music during the ride. We plan to reserve with O’Hare Midway Limo service again for our future special events and recommend them to our friends and family for future events.
This business is simply top-notch. I have been a long time customer, but I recently had a last minute trip, where they accompanied my request. Then in an unforeseen series of events, my plans were cancelled. O’Hare Midway Limo Service was so incredibly accommodating on both counts. I will absolutely continue to use their services.
