I went in for a cleaning, and I felt like I wasn’t listened too. I was forced to take x rays and photos of my teeth. I understand you need documentation for each dentist you attend, but I just felt like my thoughts and opinions didn’t matter. The front desk was friendly, but the lady dentist I had was not.
Was disappointed with this place. Every appointment I was kept waiting for at least 30 minutes (despite being on time and occasionally early), and one time up to 1.5 hours. I had a large amount of fillings done after going in for my annual cleaning, and a few months later two of them have already fallen off. There was obvious tension in the workplace as well between doctors and assistants, too. All in all, if you can avoid this place because your insurance is taken elsewhere, do. Hoping these issues are resolved soon so this historic small business can stay around and keep their reputation.
Went in not knowing the price of anything, but in very much pain! Dr. McRae heard me grunting, and dancing in the next room because of pain! He peeped over at me stopped what he was doing to come numb my mouth! I originally wanted to get my teeth pulled and that’s what I did! Quick, fast, easy, and comfortable. I never liked going to the dentist, but this was the smoothest visit i done had in my 28 years of living! Thanks again McRae, and the lady who helped take care of me! I couldn’t get her name i was in so much pain before i got numb, and after i got numb i went to sleep! Lol! Front desk staff were awesome too, especially Sheena!
My daughter goes here and they are amazing. Caring, quick and efficient. Yesterday my daughter got a filing. The longest part about the whole process was waiting for her to numb. Once they got in her mouth we were out of there in like 10- 15 mins. Amazing. And the front staff are awesome. Very caring and thorough. Wish they took my insurance
My experience today was not pleasant. The doctor was amazing, my issue was with the receptionist named Sheena there was a issue regarding the amount of payment. She wanted to discuss this after I had already my teeth pulled. The amount was also discussed previously before I was checking out. I never feel like a patient when she is there. Her attitude is horrible and needs to be fixed You will lose business if she continues acting like that with patients.
