Customer service is horrible. I came to this salon for the first time. My nail master's name was Kim. I explained to her my preferences. First I didn’t like the form which she made to me, I asked her to change it, she wasn’t happy and friendly to me but fixed it a little bit. Then when she finished with the cuticle, that was looked not clean. I asked her to remove more cuticles when needed. She became angry and started tearing my cuticles, which caused me lots of pain. At the same time, she started to talk to other employees in their language ( not English). I had feelings that they all talked about me. I asked her to not do nail polish because I knew that I needed to fix it all when I got home. I paid for all the services and left. I highly Not recommend this salon to anyone, especially never to make an appointment for Kim.
Thrilled with my gel manicure! The vibrant color options were impressive, and the durability exceeded expectations. Flawless application, and my nails maintained their glossy finish for weeks.
Came here for first time and very happy with the results. They were busy byt she took her time with me. She's not slow, she's just meticulous and caring. She's also sweet and my gel manicure and pedicure looks great.
It is very rare that i write a review. I have been going to many many different nail salons for the past 15 years. Honestly i just go to salons that are in the path of home, work, or whatever kid I’m dropping off. I’ve been to bad, ok and good ones. Let me tell you… this has to be in the top 3 that I’ve been too! They were available right away, decently priced and quick! I got a full set and pedicure in a little over an hour and i was impressed and happy with the results. I will most definitely be going back and recommend anyone in the area to try it out!
I came with pictures of the nails I wanted and my nail tech, Kim, said that it was “ugly” and was reluctant to do the design. All I asked for was a white star on my middle finger and a pink base. I scrapped that idea and just asked for pink, round-almond nails. Kim glued the tip on my pointer finger crooked and I kindly asked her to re-glue the nail. She blamed the unevenness of my nails. I had gone to another salon only 1.5 weeks prior to this visit and did not face this issue with the tips being glued on crooked because the “unevenness of my nail beds”. After asking a couple times she finally re-glued the nail tip. When filing the shape, Kim filed my left hand nails crooked. Once again, I asked kindly to fix the shape. At a certain point I asked to file the nails myself. After the application of the acrylic the appointment got better. Overall, I am happy with the outcome but my left hand nails is a completely different shape than my right hand nails. I’m a little disappointed about my experience with Kim because I read many great reviews on her.
