Great spa experience! I have had several facials and they all have been amazing. Very professional, listen to concerns and help you figure out what is best for your skin. They have monthly specials that make self-care more affordable. Cannot recommend enough!
First manicure appointment in almost 2 years and I will never go to another salon again! Professional, COVID-safe, relaxed and simply a wonderful experience. Every client is in their own room, Nailz only uses non-toxic materials, and clients are seen by appointment only. I love this place and will most definitely be back! Extra thanks to Joy, the owner, who did my nails today.
I was a loyal customer to Nailz + Beauty. Joy was my technician. I began patronizing her business in 2020. I scheduled monthly appointments with her that consisted of simple manicure with paraffin treatment, simple pedicure brown sugar scrub, signature facials, and massages. Recently, she implemented booking services via an app. I was having issues using the app and contacted Nailz + Beauty for assistance. The app did not allow me to schedule all of my services along with the add ons. It was challenging to speak to someone to receive assistance to rectify the issue. When I finally spoke to someone, they told me if they were to schedule my appointment it will be a $5 charge. I said okay that’s fine. Then they told me they were unable to schedule the appointments for me on their end. Eventually, an appointment was made with Joy and I told her about my experience. She noticed that I was not pleased with the customer service & attempted to make up for it by giving me a discount. When she finished with my manicure & pedicure, I scheduled an appointment before Christmas which was 3 weeks away. The day of my appointment, I arrived at my scheduled time and she was not available despite being at the salon. I called her multiple times and she did not answer the phone. I was extremely disappointed with her poor customer service. I consistently patronized her business monthly. I spent at least $200 each month not including tips since 2020. Joy was adamant about customers using the app. However, she was not willing to trouble shoot or orient customers to the new booking app especially after they expressed difficulty using the app. She was willing to lose a loyal customer over an issue that could have been easily rectified. I was extremely disappointed in her poor customer service. Even though Nailz + Beauty is a comprehensive salon and Joy provides great services, her customer service and treatment towards me with this recent incident forced me to no longer patronize her business. I refuse to be mistreated.
Horrible customer service!!!!! I called 6/16 around 3:34pm. I asked the “receptionist” if she could check the schedule because I was interested in spending over $400 on services, not only for me but for my daughter. Older people who aren’t good with technology and would like assistance, please don’t go here. The lady was super rude, and unhelpful and claims she was “assisting a client and couldn’t help me or let me know what the availability was for today. Super rude and unhelpful. Unfortunately, I guess this business doesn’t want to succeed, people spend money where they see they are taken care of and where there’s good customer services. We don’t have to spend our hard working money, but how can your business thrive without hard working clients. And if they say I’m not being factual, I recorded the conversation for future references
I’m soooo happy I found this salon. I’ve never loved a manicure more! Joy was so sweet and did an absolutely amazing job. She was meticulous about the shaping of my nails and gave me the exact length and shape I asked for. She made my Gel-X extensions look so natural. I will definitely return to this salon for future manicures, I’m already looking forward to it.
