Best. Party. Ever. My 9 year old and his friends had a BLAST. They felt like superstars. Alfredo and his team are so nice and really love working with the kids. We did the lip sync music video and my son has not stopped watching. The parents also thought it was cool. They had a multi-camera setup, shooting different scenes on different mini-sets simultaneously. I used to work in TV and I was impressed with their knowledge, skills, and professionalism. Blown away. Thank you so much!
I really wanted to be head over heels, but the bottle delivery service that many people received during the Red Bow Tie Gala was very subpar at best. After waiting 30 mins or so, I was surprised to see many with wine glasses and others were given plastic cups, but in addition to this, we received bottles of wine in buckets with no way to open the bottle ourselves or the courtesy of a first pour. It could be an off night, but that doesn't minimize the disappointment of my 1st-time experience. I'm hopeful for better staff training or communication in the future.
I hosted my 30th birthday party here, and this venue is an absolute gem. It is intimate, and Alfredo and his staff provide excellent service for each of their clients. I was able to customize my event with music choices and flexibility of event flow. Alfredo was incredibly easy to work with, and his staff was courteous and helpful with set -up, and executed everything to above and beyond my wishes. This venue is perfect for a private party. I absolutely recommend this venue for your next event!
May 20, 2023 We attended this place of business for charity . Unity was murdered, KILLED, STABBED TO DEATH. helping a stranger, he gave his LIFE. The Knock Music House owners and staff did not show any compassion for the charity event, or the deceased mother and family who attended. The Red Bow Tie Fundraiser was held at their establishment, it was a disgrace at the hands of the venue staff.. It is with great sorrow as I leave this review. This BLACK OWNED BUSINESS, (KNOCK MUSIC HOUSE) in Atlanta GA Buckhead, treated their BLACK CUSTOMERS, licensed attorneys, business owners ourselves with a lack of respect and dignity. We did not receive what we paid for, we were totally ignored. When we learned the establishment was black owned we were ecstatic to support, but it is our firm decision of ALL who were in attendance that we have decided we want nothing to do with Knock Music House in the near future. We cannot condone what we witnessed first hand and experienced ourselves. Unjustly cruel service is an understatement.
KNOCK MUSIC HOUSE HORRIBLE BUSINESS REVIEW STOP, BEWARE! ‼ THE WORST SERVICE, On May 20, 2023 we arrived at 6:30P to the 1789 Cheshire Bridge Atlanta location in Buckhead, WE did NOT receive our bottle of wine until 10:17PM.... not one person came to our table to take our order, or to inquire if we needed service the entire evening, they didn't even bother to ask if we needed WATER. We went to the bar to inquire about SERVICE (we are a customer) and the white really light skinned woman, had the audacity to have a bad attitude because we inquired. DO NOT PATRONIZE this KNOCK MUSIC HOUSE. Great Red Bowtie Gala, Great cause, but need a DIFFERENT VENUE next year!! or we will NOT attend!!!!!! OUR REPLY TO KNOCK MUSIC HOUSE 5:10PM 5/29/2023 Unfortunately, your excuses and explanation to my review, further shows your actions against the family, and their guest who trusted you(r) staff because we saw a full bar, we went to your FULL bar for help, for service and for our bottles. We could not go to the family for our bottles of wine they had no control over your bartenders or your bar. IF, the family sold bottles as part of fundraising efforts, AND you are fully aware of this, it is MORE REASON to assist the families Guest by providing the liquor???? YOU HAD THE CONTROL, but, YOUR justification is to show BAD SERVICE, ruin the moral of the event, TREAT GUEST inhumane AT YOUR COMPANY and you think this is not a REFLECTION on your business.... and then to make matters worst, you BLAME the FAMILY????? because your business is not equipped, because your staff is not properly trained, because your bar held back bar services, because AND I QUOTE, you ADMIT, you KNEW it was part of the FUNDRAISING!!!!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!! Knock Music House, Ive READ your REVIEWS, you've been treating people this way since 2017 - but this time, it is my duty to be SURE you don't get away with it - ME TOO MOVEMENT, have you heard of it? WOMEN speak up and we stick together and we let the world know about people like you!!!! WE, were aware of the FOOD, we received food what is your point about the FOOD? We are lucky the KNOCK MUSIC HOUSE didn't control the FOOD too, otherwise, we would NOT have eaten FOOD EITHER, had the venue had their way!!!!! THE DIFFERENCE, the CATERING COMPANY is a business too, and did NOT treat us LIKE KNOCK MUSIC HOUSE DID!! We know the event started at 7PM not at 8PM WHY are you lying about the time. TO JUSTIFY your POOR SERVICE, to make yourself look like the WAIT wasn't that LONG???? Then the nerve, you want to tell us what time we arrived!!!! WE ARRIVED at 6:30PM for a 7PM EVENT We know what time we arrived. because we still have our tickets which shows the start time 7PM and end time 11PM... 7PM-11PM. not 8PM We know your bartenders ruined our what we thought would be a good time supporting a charity event to support a fundraiser. We know the family wasn't able to serve from your bar, this was 100% controlled by the venue. We also know, the bottles were paid because we saw proof. We requested a refund and was shown proof this company KNOCK MUSIC HOUSE was paid!!! Your lies, your unprofessionalism of your response further proves my review. when I am done with YOU. I will be sure every person who accompanied me leaves a review and, knows the TRUTH before they do, because you will not get away with your LIES. Bloggers, post interviews, etc. I did one myself on MONDAY on the RADIO about KNOCK MUSIC HOUSE and our experience .... They too will RESPOND to all of your RESPONSES TELLING THE TRUTH not LIES like you have just done!!!!! Let me leave you with this, we have been to MANY events, awards shows, PRIVATE EVENTS, your VENUES SERVICE is by far THE WORST TO DATE!!!!
