We were in town only for a weekend and needed an appointment. I love that they have a text feature, Sira reached out to me and was so accommodating and friendly. I was looking around for the longest for someone who can do natural 4c hair and let’s just say I found the jack pot. The lady Sira who did my hair was very professional and her customer service was just amazing. She did a wonderful job on my hair and had me feeling like a new women by the end of my appointment. She is my new hairstylist and I won’t be switching up on her. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
My stylist was very nice and professional. This shop gave me the vibe I received when I was a young girl getting my hair done back up north. I am very happy with my cut and dye and look forward to returning.
On my (almost 6 month) search for a stylist! Calling 1 salon after another, listening to rude, disrespectful, uncustomer service and unprofessional people answer the phone. Google did not fail me this time. I had decided that this was the last salon I was going to call. I would just go back to my dreads and call it a day! But to my surprise, this young lady (Sira) answers the phone. She was just so friendly and well-spoken I almost thought, "This is either a receptionist or an answering service! To my surprise, she was a stylist! I explained my time and days available, and she was able to fit me in. She was such a sweetheart and her work is just as great. I will definitely be returning
Today is the second time visiting the shop, Nena and her mom Ms Vanessa are very professional, the atmosphere was warm felt just like Family, I could of picked any other salon , I decided to go here,due to the prices which are great, location very convenient and the hours work for me. I’m loving the styles and today decided to have Nena color my Hair, No words just 🔥 Nena and Ms.Vanessa ,My husband and I both give u guys an A+. Thank u.
