I've purchased "heavenly" apple pies and cheesecakes. The apple pie aroma - swoon- worthy! - enveloped me like a hug and I couldn't wait to dig in. An excellent, flakey but supportive crust. The apples were strong in flavor and not overly sweetened, with the cinnamon coming through as a warm infusion. I could have made a meal of out of it. (Don't I wish!!). The cheesecake was the perfect combination of tang, sweetness, lemon but tempered by the vanilla and dense. I MUST have a dense cheesecake. I've had two kinds of crusts (as I've had two cheesecakes and am dreaming of the third for my birthday!) - the traditional graham cracker and the other which was a tad more sweet. I can't decide which I prefer so maybe I'll order both for my b-day and have a taste contest! I've seen Yvonne's work for other customers and she is very dedicated to providing delicious pastries, to order, made with quality ingredients and her expert skills. I recommend without hesitation.
A lovely home business that I would recommend. I will definitely purchase again in the future, the cakes are absolutely delicious and stunning upon completion. You can tell how much time and effort goes into each cake and how dedicated this woman is to her craft. She also always tries her best to compromise and tries to suggest and recommend the best options based on your budget.
I have to said one of the things that make do business with any businesses is customer service and quality products and heavenly sweet pastries have a awesome customer service and products you don't get both in one package thank you for your service and dedications.
