This a game to you ppl, y'all intentionally made me have a bad time so I'd have something to write about. The website was unclear about the check in time, so I went over there a little early. I approached the desk and the receptionist told me to wait. She would not indicate when I was supposed to come. Another customer approached the desk and was not told to wait. They said she was already checked in...... The manager came out his office and made fun of the look on my face. Still no service. One of the receptionists refused to help me because she didn't like my attitude. Not one job in 30 years could I refuse a customer no matter what their disposition is. The one that did help me, only gave me one hotel key as if it was her business who was in my room. She would never get to o find out. Other than that, the room was the best in the area, no complaints on that. You just better check in at 3:15.
I really enjoyed my stay here! From the service I received at the front desk with Sofia to the friendly housekeeping staff that are available to help meet your needs. Prisca who handles the breakfast buffet is amazing! She always has a smile on her face and makes sure everything is stocked and fresh. Plus she's super helpful and so nice and never has an issue supplying you with what you ask for. Another perk is the incidental fee which is only $25 instead of the normal hotel rates of $75 or $100. I definitely recommend trying this place out if you're in town!
The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The hotel was very clean. Love the free breakfasts we ate. Have now gone to this hotel 4 times even though there are other hotels closer to the hospital that we have been going to. This will definitely be our place to stay in Atlanta!
We loved the Hot breakfast every morning ( eggs, sausage/bacon, potatoes, waffles) and the coffee/hot tea option all day was a big draw for me. The outdoor pool was perfect in the 90* heat. Our room had a funky smell that we eventually got used to. The shower pressure was great and we never had an issue with hot water. The place does need a good cleaning though. Shampooing the hallways and rooms would be a good start.
The hotel was comfy and the staff kind, helpful, and welcoming. We were in town for my son’s surgery early the next morning, so we didn’t get to enjoy the complimentary breakfast, but we appreciate that it is included with most Hilton hotel stays. Location wise, it was convenient to the interstate, but it was also close enough that our room being on the interstate side, we could hear the traffic. We were also right across from the elevator, and people were using it, which we could hear as well. Overall all was good; I would request not to be right across from the elevator and to be on the opposite side of the building if those types of things might be an issue for you.
