I do not recommend! Lack of professionalism, they don't have products in stock and they follow the principle "it can work out.. \ it goes like that..." Cosmetic malpractice, and when you ask for your rights or express your opinion, you are laughed at by both the management and its employees! Cheap excuses and accusations of competitiveness on the grounds of refusal of refund! Prices made on the spot, like at the market - the displayed prices are not respected!!! In the premises, the employees gossip about their customers after they leave the location, but worse, they also gossip about their top customers who use their services regularly! One more thing to bring to your attention - the current Covid-19 protection rules are not respected!!! Disappointing and we will certainly never return, especially as guinea pigs.
I knew about this salon for a long time, but only 4 months ago I went there for the first time, wanting to lighten the shade of paint(s) I had. I had not been able to make an appointment because I had made up my mind that day, so I went directly. One of the girls there (Hellen), very nice and skilled in what she does, took care of me. It was quite a difficult procedure for me, because I had about 3-4 shades , but the girl managed to please me. I left super satisfied and have been since then. The rates are ok, the atmosphere there is good.
