It was a family visit. The staff was really nice and professional. The dentist provided excellent dental care. She was very nice and very educated. Parking was convenient it was located behind the building. The office is clean and very modern. The treatment rooms are very up to date. We went for our cleaning, check up, and x-rays. Our teeth were clean after our visit and we received good feedback on our dental hygiene. We traveled about 40 minutes to a 1 hour for the appointment. It was truly worth it. I would give the dentist and her staff a 10 ⭐️ if I could.

Staff did not let me in the office until 5 minutes before my appt. They saw me standing outside and continued to answer phones and ignore me while I waited outside. No apologies. When I enter the office I have 3 pages of paperwork to fill out that could’ve been sent to me prior. I’m being badgered to fill them out faster when I would’ve loved to fill them out prior or in the 15 minutes I was waiting outside. Then the office manager has no clue what to do with my insurance. After a 1 minute phone call, I have it figured out and they’re still confused. Beyond unprofessional. And the office reeks of sulfur.
This was my first time today. I was very impressed with the clean environment, professional staff. Dr. Gumb was very precise/ detailed pertaining to my overall dental experience. I was impressed, and pleased with my experience
I had an appointment for filling, she confirmed that, I waited two months for my appointment, when she saw my tith, she said she has other patients so she can't work on me today, and asked me to come next time. It was very unprofessional deal. She just wants to do the easiest tasks and steal your money. I don't recommend her for my friends at all.
