Sherita charged me $150 for a basic traditional sew in I did not get my hair wash. They didn’t style my hair. They didn’t put any type of oil on my hair after braid down for sew in didn’t use any product to braid my hair down or anything literally braided my dry hair down and sewedt my hair in …the stylist did not use all two of my bundles and they kept my extra hair . When I received a flyer from them it says On the flyer that a basic sew in is $100 yet I was charged $150 . My hair started coming down after 2 hours of service my tracks started falling out all of them I called the salon back the very next day (they were closed after I left) and spoke with Denzel who said I would get a returned call (I didn’t) I reached out to sherita on Facebook she read my message then blocked me. In her response that isn’t true at all while sherita WAS there while I was getting my hair done! She was leaving in the middle of my service! Once my hair was finished the stylist CALLED Sherita to DOUBLE CHECK THE PRICE. At the time I was being RUNG UP sherita was on the phone ON SPEAKER lying to me about the price of the service. And further more, wether I “liked” my hair not STARTED FALLING OUT SAME DAY AS PICTURED. Once she was notified as the salon owner that my hair was coming down she did absolutely nothing besides block me and I was out of $150
Someone recommended me this place to get my lashes done here. When I looked at Google Maps I realized that I was here before, like a year ago. I wanted a balayage and it turned out what you will see in the photos. My hair was yellow and stained, they didn't even use foils. The only solution they gave me was to return to my natural color, to which I replied no. After paying $ 450 dollars and having my hair done yellow I no longer wanted to be touched by them anymore. Before they say that my name does not appear in their records, my name is not the one that appears here. The photo where I have dark hair is BEFORE going to this salon.
I had a really exceptional experience, which actually started a week ahead of my appointment. I had a professional consultation with my stylist that allowed me get out all of my questions and concerns, and come up with a game plan. The day of my appointment my stylist was on time and happy to see me. The salon was comfortable, clean and pretty. During my process she checked in with me consistently and addressed any apprehensions. The end result was great. It was definitely was a premiere upscale experience.
Yayness! Super duper excited about my color, cut and style. My stylist Mercedes really did an amazing job on my hair. I trusted hair to create a custom color and cut for me. I was not disappointed at all. She is highly recommended for sure! After service I received a product consultation to educate me on upkeep and products. Overall great job! Pics to come
Denzel did an amazing job and made me feel so comfortable that being my first short hair cut and style I enjoyed myself and I received so many compliments on my hair I will definitely be returning to him!
