Great building design. The interior was well designed and the people were friendly.
Christmas at First Bryan is truly an amazing experience. Every year the church is decorated with beautiful angels, holiday plants, ribbons and Christmas trimmings. What an amazing and beautiful church! The history of First Bryan, the oldest black church in the northern hemisphere is epic and a most see!
My very close friend the famous n world renowned, Lester Anthony of Lesters Florist n I were talking bout service n he was on his way to play music. I decided it was my enjoyable word for today.
From my understanding this church is 224 years old in 2012. The oldest African American church on record. I have visited in the past under Rev. Ellis however, my resent visit was awsome !!!! The choir, the parishioners, and the word were moving and filling to my soul. I will defiantly return when we turn to Savannah.
This church was the first Baptist church that my SCAD alumni and friends happened upon early in our college careers. The choir is immaculate and welcoming.
