My boss had this wonderful chef prepare our meal for the evening on our business trip in Atlanta. The chef and his staff were all so kind and courteous from start until finish! The food was prepared perfectly. The first entree, salad was delicious, the second entree was absolutely amazing!
I cannot praise Chef Andrew highly enough. He and his crew provided the food for my husband’s 60th Birthday Party. I found him on Yelp…and the excellent reviews were well deserved. The standout dishes were the shrimp and grits, brisket, lamb chops, and jerk chicken sliders. All delicious and served professionally and in accident with my precise needs. My guests were particularly pleased with the way he served the dishes with separate bowls so that the gravy from the dishes with sauce didn’t wet the dry dishes. He came to the venue in advance of the event in order to make s a game plan for how to serve my guests. He was attentive to every detail. If you want more details or a reference you can inbox me.
Sorry for such a late post, but it's better late than never! I honestly thought I had already written a review on Chef Andrew...he's too good to be kept secret! He prepared all the appetiziers for my son's HS graduation party! When I first contacted him, we discussed the menu and it was all sounding so good, but I was afraid it would be a no-go because I live in Conyers and he is located in Camp Creek. He said without hesitation, he would deliver everything and set-up 30mins ahead of our arrival. And needless to say, Chef Andrew had everything set-up on burners and labeled. It was laid out so nice and the food was so delicious!! I can't say enough about the mini Jamaican beef patties and the mini Maryland crab cakes topped w/capers remoulade sauce! I definitely will be using him again!
Chef Andrew prepared the most delicious five course meal for my 50th birthday dinner party!! Everything from the planning of my event, the delectable cuisine, the table settings, the custom menus and the most professional service by him and his staff had my guests talking about my party for days! I would most definitely use him again and again! Do not hesitate to hire him for any event!
