I've had great dental experiences myself so I researched for dentists and orthodontist that would be a great fit for my kids and our family. As of today we've had great customer service experience and my son (8 yrs.) has been calm and receptive of the treatments.
Every single staff member that I encountered today blew me away! From The receptionists at the front desk to the imaging technicians, everyone was on point. Dr Francis is also cool as a fan and knows his stuff. Dr Francis' approach to the art of orthodontics is reassuring, informative and engaging. We discussed every possible outcome and treatment plan to achieve my desired results. I am so excited to begin my Invisalign care plan with this dynamic team and become a walking billboard for the beautiful smiles they create here. The kind leadership heading this office, shines brightly in every one that works here. I can feel it's a great working environment! I love it here 😁 great work Dr. Francis!!! Went to Decatur Orthodontics to get an Invisalign consult. My visit was amazing. Dr. Francis explained everything thoroughly regarding my treatment plan. Everything has been such a seamless process. I recently went to my first visit after starting Invisalign and the staff is so very kind and caring and the receptionist is so nice. She knew who I was when I walked in the door. I’ve already recommended Dr Francis and his office to a couple of my friends! Highly recommend! Thank you for always providing A+ service!
The front desk attendant is always so kind i can always call and get an answer. She answers the phone promptly and gets me an appointment scheduled whenever i need! Overall the entire practice is good and kind.
