Booked a same day appointment for wash and style on a Saturday. I was really happy they had one knowing how busy Saturday can be. Got there right on time and hair stylist was waiting for me. She washed my hair and conditioned my hair and massaged my scalp. I told her the idea I had in mind. It was a muggy day so she added products to help keep the style. As she was curling my hair she burned with the curling iron. She said "sorry babe" and continued on with the style. She later mentioned she will get me some aloe vero gel and that I should ice it when I get home. At the time of payment I thought I'd get a least another sorry or possibly a marginal discount to show sign of good customer service. I had to mention the aloe vera gel to her. Needless to say I didn't get another sorry or a small discount. Style lasted a whole hour and then flopped completely. Never going back and thought people should know. Picture taken day of and two days later.
I get my hair cut and coloured regularly by Jordon Turner. I've had many stylists over the years and honestly, he's the best in this industry. I get many compliments for my hair all thanks to Jordon!
Hands down the best colourist I’ve ever had. I have been to a million salons and had a million colourists and Jordon has been by far my favourite. The colour, the cut, the style has always been better than I even imagined. Thank you Darlin!!! You always know exactly what I want without me having to tell you. Love love love my haircut. Been overdue for a long time. I feel GOOD when I see my hair in a mirror or reflection. Thanks Jordon :) Also, I really liked the location and the vibe of the physical studio itself.
Booked an appointment online. Stylist didn't show up. Edited to add he did contact me to attempt to make ammends, but it was a time sensitive appointment before a flight. Also, the online booking system apparently only directs to one stylist, the other stylist that was actually at the salon was confused and said they don't offer online booking. Super weird.
