This was my second time using Frank and Irene with Dream Vacations. I love working with Irene, she is thorough, listens to my needs, offers important information about the cruise regarding the ships and ports and is ALWAYS available to speak with me throughout the process and upon completion of my trip. Both cruises have been wonderful and occurred smoothly with no issues. Upon returning home a few days ago I called her to try and book another cruise but couldn’t make one work just yet…although I’m not giving up!! I told Irene she is my cruise consultant for all upcoming vacations.
Another year and Dream Vacations continues to excel in every aspect of your travel desires. While COVID certainly did put a major dampener on most folks travel plans for the last two plus years, Irene and Frank Eff kept us informed and helped us navigate the intricacies of planning, booking, cancelling and re-scheduling our many adventures. Thanks to the determined efforts of Irene Eff, we had three outstanding adventures last year including a wonderful stay at the all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotel in Cancun, Mexico, a fabulous NCL cruise to the Holy Land and finally an unbelievable Mediterranean cruise on the Viking Sky. The weather was beautiful for the whole 7-day cruise, warm and lots of sunshine. This was our first trip since the beginning of the pandemic and we were so happy to finally get to cruise once more and for Irene to help us book this Halloween Cruise. The Carnival Glory was a great ship on which to cruise and even though there were some necessary changes from pre-pandemic cruises the boarding and debarkation process was smooth and better than it was on previous cruises.
