We had Bittersweet do our wedding cake and desserts and it was perfect! Everything was beautiful and delicious, I got endless compliments on the desserts! I'm not a huge fan of cake in general but our cake was amazing and they made it so beautiful and matched my vision! So much love for these ladies!
I’ve never eaten anything from Bittersweet Bakery that wasn’t absolutely delicious. The recently made my wedding cake and a few dozen macarons, all of which were fantastic. The cake was beautiful (the butter cream is out of this world) and the macarons were a huge hit. Erica was wonderful to work with and really brought my vision to life!

Bittersweet bakery did the wedding cake and dessert table for our wedding and did a fantastic job! The cake was beautiful and so delicious. We wanted to do a dessert spread rather than all cake, and they helped us pick out cake balls, cupcakes, and cookies. Many guests came up to us raving about how good everything was. This was my first time working with Bittersweet Bakery and will not be my last. Erica was great at communicating and designed the perfect Elmo cake—exactly what I was envisioning. To top it off the cake was absolutely delicious! The white icing is soft and whipped, and the lemon cake with raspberry filling was to die for. The 8" cake cut into small slices easily fed 25 people, which was surprising. Thank you so much!
