3rd time going. If I could give it zero stars I would. Had an appointment for a one hour silk press. Owner said it was going to be longer. Three hours later. Came in with a wrap in my head, left with a wrap on my head. Then blamed the customer because she’s been off. She only works 3 days. No accountability. She should have blocked her online calendar and not allowed bookings instead of placing all fault on a customer. No one holds customers like they did back in the day. Upon arrival she stated you know I’ve been off. No I didn’t no that. Then charges me for a shampoo and conditioner. Could have cared less than now on a Friday I’ll need to go somewhere else to get my hair done. How do people they this stay in business.
I absolutely LOVE this salon!! You come out feeling like a million bucks. Lisa and Cathy are awesome, their both very knowledgeable with hair and so down-to-earth!! Definitely the baddest in the hair game❤️❤️❤️
I came in for a sew in take down and left with a silk press and cut. I love my hair. The environment is welcoming and clean. I will definitely return. I love the fact that I didn't have to book 2 weeks in advance. I was serviced at the time of my appointment, no wait time. Thank you for the great service.
ZERO STARS. BAIT AND SWITCH!! POOR SERVICE. MY MOM & I GOT A RETWIST AND STYLE ON SHORT LOCS AND WAS CHARGED $350 ON TOP OF MY $25 DEPOSIT. I WAS TOLD $85 BEFORE I BOOKED THE APPT AND AS SOON AS WE FINISHED SHE ASKED FOR $350 WITHOUT AN EXPLANATION FOR THE PRICE DIFFERENCE. REPORTING TO THE BBB. DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAM ARTISTS YOUR MONEY. I SPOKE DIRECTLY WITH THE OWNER AND GAVE HER A CHANCE TO RECTIFY HERSELF AND SHE REFUSED. POOR MANAGEMENT. YOU WON'T GET ANOTHER RED CENT FROM ME AND I'M SPREADING THE WORD THROUGHOUT ATL.
I am so thankful Ms. Lisa took me in for a last minute appointment!! I just took my braids down and my beautician cancelled so I was in panic mode. I found her through Google, and if you know me, you know I look for strong reviews, and gold stars lol, so of course this salon was my first go to. I felt right at home from the moment I stepped through the door! Ms. Lisa worked 3 heads at one time and watching her work made me feel more at ease. I have been in Georgia for 7 years and have yet to find my “go to” salon (especially having natural hair I refuse to deal with) but I am so happy I finally found a place I know will get me right. Attaching a photo, and no it’s not lace!! I’m so impressed! :-D
