If i could give no stars i would!! Horrible service asked for 8 braids they were all different sizes, crooked and bushy in the back looks like i already had them for days the lady would not discount me even asked to take only $30 off and she would not. Had to pay full price for a service i was not satisfied with 0/10 African salon DO NOT GO HERE!!!
I'm tender headed, and I was scared for years to get my hair professionally braided because of my fear of the tightness and hair breakage. I have been getting my hair braided here for over 4 years now. The feeder braids are never too tight, and I have had minimal breakage. The ladies are very kind and patient with me
Gender discrimination defiantly takes place here, I am an African American male and was told by the owner they don't braid men's hair due to the fact she does not know how to. Hum so interesting she knows how to braid African hair but not men's African hair . She also said it is not discrimination, and she is sorry I feel that way, in general from first call she is very very rude. I would be very cautious with someone who does not know how to braid African men's hair. For it is generally all the same. Who limits there revenue drive nowadays like such. I now found a salon in Decatur it is great pricy but worth it, every 2 weeks I get my hair rebraided and washed. $200 with tip that could have been her money.
One of the best braiding shops I've ever visited. They started on my hair as soon as I came in. They braid very quickly and the braids are very neat. I will be back!
My braids turned out very nice and the staff was very nice :) will be returning!
