Had a last minute thought to do my makeup for an event tonight and called for an appointment. They got me right in and did a fabulous job. Aryel was so kind and listened to what I wanted, what outfit I was wearing to match colors, love it!!!!
I came here a few weeks ago to get my hair and makeup done for my bridal portraits. The lady who did my makeup was fantastic, it was exactly what I wanted, she was easy to talk to, listened and took her time. It even stayed on after being outside in 105 weather! However, the lady who did my hair was awful. I showed her pictures of how I wanted it curled, it’s like she didn’t even look at them. My hair was more curled naturally when I walked in, than when I left. she said she was going to finish my hair after my makeup was finished, but instead checked me out. I had to re-curl my hair when i got to the venue, and it still fell so fast, kind of like a swoosh at the end of my hair. On the flip side, the place is super clean, cute, and easy to get to.
Bam was so accommodating with the changes we had for 5 blowouts and makeup. Loved my lashes. Alex did an awesome job on my hair and they made my mom feel super special with complimentary lashes for her 50th wedding anniversary! Will definitely be back and love the location!
I had the best blowout ever here! On top of the blowout, I got curls added which was included. The blowout was smooth and voluminous and lasted me multiple days. I have very thick and frizzy hair but the blowout stayed smooth and silky. It seemed like the stylist knew which products and type of curls to use for my hair type. I'm only coming here for my blowouts from now on!
My wife had a horrendous experience here. For her baby shower she wanted professional makeup done. When she got to her 10:00am appointment she was told her stylist was running a bit late. A bit late turned into "almost there, she's parking now" 45 minutes later. The originally booked stylist never arrived. Finally at 11:30 when the management had someone else do her makeup. Management waited and made up stories to keep her there until she complained enough to get service. They offered her a free service as a compensation but why would she ever want to go somewhere she's treated like that?
