we appreciated the top-tier service we received last night for the Braves Game. Michelle Robinson was on time and got us to and from the game safely. She was friendly and kept us entertained. Robin & I look forward to working with your team on future events.
I am highly upset with this company And would not recommend. I booked this company back in March 2022 to use for transportation services for my wedding. I called and confirmed the service multiple times, weeks before and was assured that the time and directions of location was correct. I also asked for confirmation emails any time changes were made to the reservation. Robert sent me confirmation emails and also verbally assured me that everything was confirmed. The day before my wedding, Robert called me to verify the details of the transportation and asked for me to submit my payment, which was submitted with receipt confirmation. The day of my wedding, as we were waiting for transportation to call to inform of their arrival, we reached out after time had passed for the designated pick up time. As we continued to call the number that I’ve used numerous times in the previous weeks, the phone would go immediately to voicemail stating that the location was closed—although the hours stated they were open from 9a to 6p EST on Saturdays. Myself and other individuals of my wedding party continued to call to try to get through to somebody with no luck. I sent an email the very next day letting them know what happened and requested a call back to discuss the matter. Here we are five days later with no call back and a refund to my account. Although, I appreciate my refund it was a huge inconvenience to have a book this service for my wedding and to have to frantically find an alternative plan when I was assured by Robert that they would be there to transport us to the venue. I am very open to a situation that might happen that causes conflict in schedule however, this is a service that I trusted to execute what I paid for and to not have the courtesy to return a call with an apology or explanation is unacceptable and very untrustworthy in a business. I would never recommend this service to anyone and good luck to those who do.
This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. Hired them for our wedding and nothing on the bus worked. On top of that the bus broke down on the way to our destination. We have called the owner multiple times and he assured us we would receive 50 percent of our money back. We have not seen a dime. Not sure how this company is even in business. Would not recommend. ***edit: response to the owner comment below-our trip was October 23thrd 2021. As you already know since we have called multiple times. For anyone reading- the owner is not trying to figure out what happened. If he did he would have refunded our money like he said he would. Instead he is pretending like he has no idea what happened.
They did not disappoint!! The bus was amazing and clean and had just enough room for my guest size!! We had more fun on the bus than stopping at other locations! I highly recommend them for the party bus! Also the owner was very forth coming with the information needed and any questions I had he definitely answered and assured me I will have the time of my life which i did!!!
The driver was GREAT very professional and awesome but,the party bus was not,the TV didn't work,it said 24 passenger bus but it wasn't had 10 grown men and it was some what crowded,it wasn't worth the price,the stars are for the driver.
