Elite Black Car Services was wonderful to work with. They made booking easy and convenient. At the time of pick up the owner was so friendly and cooperative with us (2 moms and 4 teenage girls) to find his location after leaving and very busy downtown Atlanta event. He had cold water waiting and it was so nice to have a safe smooth ride back to our hotel. I would recommend them to anyone needing transportation in Atlanta for any event. I will definitely be using them again. I use car services a lot and this one was one of the best. Car was excellent and driver/owner was so nice.
We scheduled services for our wedding departure and they were Very professional, punctual and understanding. The entire process was smooth. Great communication. They even gave us a complimentary bottle which they didn't have to do. Will definitely use their services again
Absolutely wonderful experience. Tyrone and Darrell both were communicative, prompt, pleasant and professional. A friend and I used elite to pick us up from a music festival each night and they handled the added complications that come with that beyond smoothly. I will definitely use them again on my next trip to Atlanta and would recommend them to anyone else who travels there.
Elite Black Car Services was absolutely wonderful to work with. We (3 ladies) were attending the Beyonce concert in ATL and booked airport transfers and concert night transportation. From the initial phone call with Nate, I knew we were in good hands. Nate took the time to explain the service and provide the cost (which was extremely important to me since this was my first-time using car service). After the booking was completed, I immediately received emails that confirmed my selections. The moment we arrived at the airport, Darrell with EBCS was in communication with me with great instructions. We were picked up in a very clean, well-appointed black SUV. Darrell collected our bags, helped us get into the car and offered bottled water. As we made our way to the hotel, he pointed out some things of interest to do in the city and made great small talk. The night of the concert, Darrell was again our driver. He clearly explained where he would be after the concert and drove past the pick-up location just to make sure we understood. When leaving the stadium, Darrell was exactly where he said he would be waiting with a cool temperature car and cold bottled water. This was heaven sent after singing our lungs out. We had a safe smooth ride back to our hotel. The next morning, Tyrone (owner/driver) arrived promptly in a nice SUV, notified me by text that he was at the hotel and got us to the airport without delay. I HIGHLY recommend EBCS to anyone needing transportation in Atlanta for any event. I have high expectations and they met them all. Everyone was nice, courteous and above all – PROFESSIONAL. Simply put, THEY ARE AWESOME. They have a lifetime customer with me and I will definitely be using them again.
If you’re looking for first class reliable transportation services, look no further. Some friends and I visited ATL to attend a Beyonce concert. Mr. Hardy and his staff provided top tier transportation services during our visit. My friends and I arrived in comfort and elegance. The staff was very professional and communicated to ensure we arrived to our flights and reservations on time. They were prompt and also suggested other options to visit during our stay. I highly recommend this business. The service was exceptional. When we come back to ATL, we will ride with Elite Black Car Services!
