Originally had an appt for 9/5/23 as a new patient, had a tooth cracked approx. 2 weeks before the 9/5 appt and called to see if I could get in the day of the cracked tooth happen and well before the 9/5 appt. Unfortunately, was told no but I could get an earlier appt for 8/30. I get there and was pleasantly surprised at the welcome and understanding of my situation and was prep'd and the tooth pulled within one hour. Additionally, the staff from the bottom up were so friendly and sympathetic to my situation as well as the pain I was feeling,which was unexpected. In fact, it turns out that the office was much further from my house than 8 thought due to their offices relocating approx 10 miles from their original office location that is still reporting on my provider website and I was planning to change to an dentist office my closer to my home giving the traffic nightmare but after meeting the staff and the doctor, I've decided the experience was a blessing in disguise and have decided to make that dentist office my permanent dentist and will be advising my wife and demanding my kids go to them for all near and future dentist treatment. And lastly, they made sure I understood my billing cost up-front! Yup, I love the office and I didn't feel a thing after they numbed me uo.....lol!
The Tech wanted me to take an X-Ray without the required X-Ray vest because they could not secure the vest in the back. Apparently there was no latch or Velcro. I had to hold the vest in place while taking the X-Rays. There were a lot of questions between the Dentist and Hygienist on what was needed and where it screens needed to be sent. Lackluster and dry customer service from the Hygienist.
This was my first time here. I didn't have to wait long to be seen. The staff was friendly, especially the receptionist! My technician answered all of my questions and made sure I left satisfied. As a patient, I felt comfortable my whole appointment.
I really liked Arch - the dentist. He was down to earth, upfront, very professional and honest. The girls at the front desk were friendly and great customer etiquette. I recommend this establishment highly. 😁
The best dentist office I ever been to in my life. Great hospitality, everyone makes you feel very comfortable. All the equipment was brand new. Assistants are on top of all your needs. The Surgeon is very meticulous about his work. Mrs Barbara sets the whole mood with the Mother Earth vibe. Everything is going to be ok and when you see her em I’lle you believe it.. 🙏🏾
