Strange to see a large number of negative reviews. I’ve always had a positive experience the dozen or so times I’ve been here. Seems to be consistently well staffed and managed. Hint: Use larger parking lot next to tax office for easier entry and exit.
Worst experience ever. $1 upcharge to tape up a package. While i was muttering under my breath about how outrageous it was to charge me 1/3 the cost of tape for using a minuscule amount of the roll. The Black lady behind the counter took offense and told me I couldn't talk to her that way and that i could go elsewhere with my business. I was not talking to her at all. If i can avoid it I will never go here again!
The owner and employees are the rudest people - they should not be running a UPS Store. Tried to charge me $2 for 15 inches of packing tape, and told me they were about to run out. The employees didn’t care to listen or empathize. They just talked back to me. On a previous visit, the owner told me to use separate Amazon return labels for each product since he earns $1 for each label he accepts. So he’s clearly just trying to maximize profit off his customers. What a terrible experience! I’m going to go out of my way to avoid this store. Hope they go out of business. ETA: 12” of name brand heavy duty packing tape costs $0.02/foot on Amazon. So you’re trying to charge me 100x for a product?! Yeah, nah.
Dropoff service is quick here, and the location is very convenient by a roadside.
Was greeted by an employee wearing a Blue Lives Matter hoodie. Political beleifs should be left at home. I was told I needed a package over my package to send back my Amazon item. The whole time there were small packages ready to be throw away by the employee.
