Ami very nice they do great work
This was a horrible experience from start to finish. I made an appointment for my 2 daughters and myself. It took them 2-3hrs to even start on our heads. They went on store runs in the middle of doing my daughters hair. When the woman that was doing my daughters hair finished, she stood in front of me and DEMANDED her payment. As if we were not still in the same shop and I wasn’t still getting my hair done. Like we were going to skip out or something. She stopped my braider in mid braid so that I could get my purse and pay her. Only to sit and still be there by the time that I was done. It could’ve waited a little bit. And now it’s been almost 1 month and I have lost about 10 braids. All of which are on the edges of my hair. Completely pulled them out. I have never had braids falling out of my hair in my life. I’ll never go back.
I prefer to give it no stars, because had appointment at 1pm I got into the shop to get my two strand twist waited 30 minutes. I decided to walk out she was like I'm almost done. I said I'll reschedule... FYI never did. I took my business elsewhere turns out I didn't even have enough hair for 2 strand twist, another stylist told me. So I got started locks....
Jaleesa did my bride/twist and she did a wonderful job. I get compliments on my hair daily. I will definitely come back and ask for her. Great service by a really nice lady.
They do great work my hair was done within 6 hours and they are all professional. The quality of the hair for my braids where perfect and the price was reasonable as well. I will never go anywhere else but this hair salon to get my braids done. Also I tipped for the quality and professionalism as well.
